Defining Halts

A deep sigh of relief, is what he needed at times during his travel to the destinations, which were unknown to even him for most of the times. Anxiety, anguish, plumbing sensations and omnipresent disenchantment were the students he gathered and the quest of knowing more begun!!

A roadside stall for tea once become the halt and scenes around it was more than what he could live with, the agony was never going to end it seems.

For him life was more than being just a human and understanding the pain of humans. After all, we are supposedly the intelligent creatures, who are to take care of themselves in their own right and in the best possible manner. It was more about being reciprocal to what life brings to all; air, temptation, willingness, pain and destruction. And slowly it became a habit, to go to the same place and see that woman prepare tea for all, which would help her take care of her house. The husband would only dope and the boy would only play, the police would extort, and the regional areas officials were of no help. But then she was to take care of herself right? So he would think NOTHING!! Or did he?

Stories are always half hearted as no one wants to speak most of the times; this world is already in such a mess that cribbing about it makes no sense. You see and you forget. At least, this is what the society tells you to do. You cannot help all, you cannot soothe all and you surely can’t stand everywhere. So the lessons go unlearnt and words go unspoken. Irony is that when you sit all alone in the dark and your eyes blubber with scent of helplessness, rust and you feel…Why??
Why we can’t do better than this and hold things tight in our arms, hold the peace right up for the scenes to make picture perfect and why can’t we love ….THE ONE?

More or less, it has to go unnoticed; then why to think about it?

I observed a growing girl who would come there daily and create some or the other picture through a sharp stick on the sandy mud. Bizarre as it always seemed, but then why shall we loom to someone unknown? Hesitation of breaking the conversation always lied inside and those days where no different, If I might admit. With squeezing eyes I would see her creating those lines which we can only dream of….What a waste of talent on the road…….Well… so be it!!

Umm… let me tell you with a profound state of mind, which I am always in, that sometimes its better, when you don’t try to help situations. But also make sure that you don’t curse the all mighty above, after all he too does have a heart. The notion of thinking that others are happy (including god) and you are the only one with obstacles to rub your arm with is not true, the better you come out of the notion, better for others and for you for sure, guaranteed if I may add.

Now we might sit and talk about these terminology, which could be pages long, chapters in length and endless nights with no counting, but, the travel sometimes come to a halt (just like the one at the tea stall) and conversations too has to pause, for a bit.
It is about finding what one goes through and compare it with tolerable agonies of others….the only question is…Do you really want to or not…!!
